Patriotic Craft Day …

Wednesday, 27th June, 2018 and in advance of Independence Day , 4th July , Friends of The Library Dundee Inc will be hosting another Summer Reading Program event at the Dundee Community Center located at 603 Lake Marie Boulevard , Dundee , FL 33838. Commemorating the nation’s independence, our theme for the morning’s event “Patriotic Craft Day” and this will all begin at 10:00 am.

A 501C-3 Charity , which raises funds and assists in the resources of aiding the Dundee Public Library (Polk County) Florida, . FOL President , Rukhsana Harper and the Friends of the Library Committee members are active within the community and town of Dundee. FOL is also a member of the Dundee Chamber of Commerce , with three of its members being recognized by the municipality for their volunteerism . Board members include Betty Hubble , Mary-Ann Pobielski , Karen Weston and Alan Parkins , with Rukhsana Harper serving in her capacity as the charity's President. VP Mary-Ann Podbielski . Karen Weston and Betty Hubble have since resigned from the Executive Board , with our newest member being Jim Gilmore.
